Learn life-saving skills in just 3.5 hours and know exactly what to do in emergency situations such as drowning, choking, road accidents, burns, safe sleeping, sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), and common childhood illnesses. CPR courses for parents commonly cover CPR for babies, children, and adults, along with AED use and choking response. As a nurse and CPR instructor affiliated with the Dutch Resuscitation Council, I will teach you how to act quickly and calmly in a crisis so you feel more confident in your parenting role. After the course, participants typically receive a certificate of participation, and many health plans offer reimbursement for preventive or health education courses. This workshop can also be arranged privately.
