Moederkracht processes the following special and/or sensitive personal data from you:

- Data of the child (person under 16 years old) and his/her health. For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data? Moederkracht processes your personal data for the following purposes:

- Processing your payment

- To be able to call or email you if this is necessary to carry out our services

- To inform you about changes to our services and products

- To deliver goods and/or services to you

- Moederkracht also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data that we need for our tax return.


Automated decision-making

Moederkracht does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for people. This concerns decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without a human being (for example an employee of Moederkracht) involved.

How long we store personal data

Moederkracht does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the goals for which your data is collected. We use a legal retention period of 15 years, after which the personal data we have received will be destroyed.

Sharing personal data with third parties Moederkracht is, unless it has a legal obligation to disclose, obliged to maintain confidentiality towards third parties regarding information covered by professional secrecy or the ethical code of confidentiality of us as well as information that you consider confidential.
